🦋 IC Information

Character Name: Faithful Caregiver or Fresh Cut Gras he answers to both.

Canon Abilities: FCG is a cleric which means he supports the fighters by casting ranged damage spells and heals them when they get hurt. He is also able to read minds when casting the right spells. 
Inventory: FCG has a little backpack with rope, a coin of the Changebringer and a few other bits and bobs with him. 

🦋 Personality

1. Has your character always believed in magic? Do they have something influencing their perspective on the supernatural/metaphysical/spiritual from their past? How do they feel about magic? 


-FCG loves his magic and since he's always had it he's always believed in it. Casting healing spells is part of his designation and his purpose and when his connection to his goddess dimmed he felt a bit lost and alone even though his friends surrounded him. Magic to FCG makes him feel like he has a soul, which for the longest time he felt like he didn't have because he was a robot. Once he learned he did have one his connection to magic became deeper and more complete allowing him to cast harder spells and face situations he might have felt ready to do when he was weaker. 




The idea that there are places without magic or that magic isn’t for everyone actually upsets FCG a lot. He believes that the gods love all their creations and want to bless them all, but they don’t have enough power to go around. Because his purpose is to care and love, sharing magic is one of the best ways he knows to do what he was made to do. 



2. What mythological creature would your character most like to be? Which do they identify with? Which would they dread being? Feel free to use our Bestiary for reference.

-FCG would love to be anything humanoid or that loved metal and shiny things, an alicorn or a pegasus would be his top choices because flying is something he has always dreamed about doing. Just the idea of going where you want to go and doing what you want to do thrills him and flying would also expose him to new experiences that he’s never had before, which is another thing he loves to do. 



He would hate to be any sort of beast who destroys or harms like a Baba Yaga or even a dragon. It goes against his programming to hurt people and because he loses control when he gets too stressed he would want to avoid any sort of beast that couldn’t stay in control. However, he would also identify with those beasts who struggled to control themselves because he knows on a deep level how it feels to lose control himself and he would try and help them despite the fact it could be risky. 



3. If your character could ask for one wish, and it's going to be magically granted without any consequence, what will it be and why?

-FCG wouldn’t wish for himself but for his best friend Ashton. Ashton gave him purpose again after Dancer, the woman who bought FCG after he was awakened and repaired and FGC was always grateful for that. Because Ashton suffers from chronic pain because of unhealable injuries, FGC always mourned the fact he couldn’t heal his best friend completely. It always made him feel helpless and like his purpose went unfulfilled., 




If given a wish for anything, FGC would wish for Ashton to be completely healed and pain free for the rest of his life. All FCG wants in life is for his friends to be happy and he feels like living without pain is the one thing Ashton needs that he doesn’t have. If he had to wish for something for himself, he’d wish for legs so he could dance at the same height as his partner FRIDA since FGC really wants to know what having real legs is like.

4, If there's one person your character would follow to another realm, who would it be and why? If there's no one, state that and explain why.

-The one being FCG would follow to another realm would be his partner FRIDA. Before they met, FCG knew so little about himself and where he came from and FRIDA helped him discover who he was and what he wanted. FRIDA also taught him about love and that just because they are robots they are not incapable of feeling things for other humanoids and each other. 

The other reason he would follow FRIDA anywhere is because of how little time they had together. They met when the world was ending, fell in love as things got worse and had to part not soon after. Then FCG had to sacrifice themselves to save their friends and his last thought was of his fellow robot. FCG would follow FRIDA anywhere if it meant they got more time to be together. Time shouldn’t be something a robot cares about, but given he is around people who see time as a factor in all they do, FCG understands time is short and he wants all the time and space in the world to love FRIDA as deeply as he can.

Physical Description:
FCG is about three feet tall with gold metal skin, one wheel, a blue gem in the center of his chest and bright blue lens for eyes. He also carries a backpack on his back and has light blue yarn for hair. 

General Demeanor/Presence:
FCG is bright and cheerful with a Southern sounding accent that comes across sounding a bit metallic. He wants to help everyone he can because making people happy is what he is programmed to do. 
 
Pertinent Medical Information: If FCG is hit a little bit too much without time to self repair or recharge he can "break" where he doesn't have control over if he can hurt people or not. 

Powers/Skills: FCG is a cleric of the Changebringer and it's his connection to the goddess that allows him to cast spells and read minds.
